Mash Bar is East Lansing's Summer Honky Tonk — a place where a serious cocktail program, scratch-made Southern comfort food, and live country music Thursday through Saturday all share the same room. Two locations, one big idea: a night out that actually delivers.
The bar
The cocktail program is the main event — barrel-aged Mash-hattans, brown butter fat-washed Maker's, bacon fat-washed Wild Turkey. The zero-proof menu gets the same serious treatment.
The kitchen
Nashville Hot Sandos, pecan-crusted fried okra, André's secret recipe mac & cheese — all scratch-made, built to share over a long night of live music.
The stage
Live country music Thursday through Saturday, karaoke the rest of the week — framed by the iconic barrel-letter MASH sign and a balcony overlooking the stage.
Michigan roots
The taps pour Michigan exclusively — North Peak, Jolly Pumpkin, Old Nation, Short's, and more on draft. The East Lansing location connects directly to Jolly Pumpkin through a shared doorway.
